1. Placing orders
The Vunias ordering process is designed to be as easy as possible. First you have to go to the product page and add the desired product to the shopping cart. To do this, click on the blue “Add to cart” button.
Here it is important that you check whether you have selected the right variants. If everything is ok, click on the “checkout” box. On the information page you must enter the correct address data. Please make sure that all information is correct. If this information is filled out correctly, you can click on the “Continue to shipping” button.
With the payment options you have the choice between different payment methods. You can always rely on a secure payment environment.
After you have selected the correct payment method, you must click on the “Complete order” box, after which you will be redirected to the payment method you have selected. Follow the instructions on the relevant page to complete your order.
Costs for delivery: We offer free shipping on all orders.
2. Shipping your order
Did you find your perfect product on our website? Then of course you want to try it out as soon as possible! That’s why we make sure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
To ensure we can charge fair prices for our products, we have chosen to collect packages in bulk and ship them all at once once we have reached our minimum quantity.
Please note: Like many other online shops, we are very busy and there may be delays due to the corona crisis. Please take this into account when placing your order. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

– After the order is placed, we need 3 – 8 working days to process it.
– Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped within the United States and will take an average of 2 to 5 days to be delivered.

3. Delivery of your order
When your order is delivered, you can enjoy your Vunias product! Of course, something can always go wrong. Would you like to exchange or return them? Contact us through our Contact Form.
Defective product?
That’s a shame! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport. In this case, we always provide a new package for free the first time and unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Does it come out wrong the second time? Then we will refund you the full purchase price.
Lost package?
In case a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding with the refund and return.
Import duties
In some cases, customs will carry out an inspection of the package delivered to you but unfortunately we have no control over it. It is possible that customs may charge a small amount of import duty in some cases. But no worry! This will not be the case 99% of the time. Are customs fees still charged? Please contact us.
Delivery if you are not at home or at the post office
If a package is delivered to your door or dropped off at a post office, Vunias has covered the cost of delivering the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up by the post office, it is automatically returned to the supplier and we are entitled to deduct €15 from the amount you get back.
